In February 2025, the Tasmania JackJumpers entered a new era with the majority sale of the club to Brisbane-based private equity firm, Altor Capital. Since then, SAPA has been proud to provide ongoing legal support to the club across a wide range of strategic and operational matters, including:

• Competition terms and conditions;

• IP and trademark protection;

• Dispute resolution.

Our partnership also extends to supporting the establishment of the club’s inaugural WNBL team, set to take the court from the 2026/27 WNBL season.
